Kyoto is about 2 hours from Suzuka Circuit. The fastest route goes through Nagoya via Shinkansen, then Kintetsu to Shiroko.
From Kyoto, the fastest route to Suzuka Circuit is Shinkansen to Nagoya (35 minutes), then Kintetsu to Shiroko (43 minutes). Alternatively, you can take Kintetsu directly from Kyoto via Yamato-Yagi, but this is slower and involves more transfers.

Suzuka Circuit 鈴鹿サーキットKyoto direct bus keeps the day simple and avoids a transfer in Tsu or Nagoya.
Fewer departures mean less flexibility, and once it sells out you must fall back to trains.

Option 1 (fastest): Shinkansen from Kyoto to Nagoya (35 min, ~¥5,500), then Kintetsu to Shiroko (43 min, ~¥1,640). Total: about 90 minutes. Option 2 (cheaper): Kintetsu via Yamato-Yagi and Ise-Nakagawa. About 2.5 hours, ~¥2,500.
Limited direct bus service may be available from Kyoto area on race weekend. Check the official Suzuka Circuit transport page for the latest schedule. Most Kyoto-based visitors prefer the Shinkansen + Kintetsu route.
Drive via Meishin Expressway to Kameyama JCT, then Higashi-Meihan to Suzuka IC. About 2 hours without traffic. Tolls approximately ¥3,500–4,500.
